How to order Papilon Design invitations

White envelopes are not included only when you order add-ons that replace them, such as a vellum wrap with ribbon, seal or other finishing options, or when you choose colored envelopes.
All other envelopes are ordered separately, and you can find the available models here.

Send us the text you want us to print by e-mail or in a digital document format (Word, txt, etc.) from which we can copy the text. Please carefully check for grammar mistakes and other irregularities, as we are not responsible for grammatical errors. If you do not yet have a finalized text for your invitations or thank you cards, feel free to contact us and we will gladly send you sample texts from our archive.

Before printing and production, we always send you the invitation / thank you card / greeting card in digital form so we can verify together that all information is correct and that the design looks as it should. Please note that slight color differences may occur on the physical invitation or other printed material compared to the preview you received. Please check the accuracy of all details on the proposal / preview we send, because after your approval you are fully responsible for the confirmed content. After you approve the preview, we will also send you an offer / proforma invoice. We send invitations to print only after payment has been received. Payment must be made in full before delivery.

Production time depends on the model and quantity of the invitations ordered. For simpler invitations from our standard offer, such as single-sided or double-sided models without add-ons, printing is completed within 2 to 5 business days from visible payment. For invitations that include special add-ons such as wraps, beads, wax seals, bows and similar elements, production can take longer, up to 10 or 11 business days from visible payment. A high number of orders can also extend production time, but you will be informed in time. The production deadline starts on the next business day after we receive your payment and you confirm the print preview.

It is also possible to order a sample print. The sample price is 3.00 €/pc + shipping. Samples are available only for invitations and thank you cards. Samples are not personalized and are printed with sample text we already have prepared. A sample invitation can also be made with your names and text, but in that case, as with invitation production, a graphic preparation fee of 13.00 € is charged. If you decide to order that product after receiving the sample, the final order total will be reduced by the sample price.

Have you designed your own invitations, thank you cards or other wedding stationery and only need printing? No problem. Feel free to send us the file (PDF, .png, etc.), for example an invitation you designed in Canva or another program, along with the desired quantity and dimensions, and we will send you an informative quotation. Please note that when we print something that was not prepared by us, we are not responsible for print quality, color display, possible graininess, and similar issues. We are also not able to change the text, refine the design or correct mistakes. Please check your file carefully before sending it to print.
Proper print preparation means: 300 dpi resolution, CMYK color mode, text converted to curves, 3 mm bleed + crop marks. Please note that with digital printing, deviations of 1 to 2 mm are possible.
Printing of invitations and other materials that are not part of the regular offer may not be possible during peak workload periods, but you will be informed of that by our team.

We also create materials with a custom design according to your wishes and within our production capabilities. For arrangements, contact us by e-mail and feel free to send us your idea and/or a reference example for the design.
A custom design and print-preparation fee of 20.00 € is charged once, regardless of the quantity ordered.
The custom design price includes three rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond those three rounds are charged according to the current price list, at 20.00 € per hour.
Longer waiting times are possible for custom design orders, but you will be informed about that by our team.
Production of invitations and other materials with a custom design may not be possible during peak workload periods, but you will be informed about that by our team.

We ship via Croatian Post express delivery (Paket24) or the GLS courier service. The package is prepared and sent to your address as soon as possible after production. If the customer does not specify a preferred delivery method, shipping will be handled by GLS as our main delivery partner.
The usual delivery time within Croatia is 1 to 4 business days.

For parcel locker delivery, please send the parcel locker address or code, together with your e-mail address and contact phone number.

Shipping within Croatia is free for orders above 150,00 € (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping within the EU and outside Croatia* is carried out via GLS. The package is prepared and dispatched to your address as soon as possible after production.
The delivery price is 20,00 €.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days (excluding non-working days, weekends and the time required for customs clearance in the destination country).

All packages are shipped from the warehouse in Samobor.
* The recipient covers any customs duties and customs procedure costs.

The customer is required to inspect the shipment before accepting it, immediately report any visible damage and refuse to accept a damaged package. If transport damage occurs, the customer must send photos of the package (outer packaging, inner packaging and package contents) and the damage to ivana.papilon@gmail.com on the same day.
Complaints can be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
A refund is approved after the goods are returned in their original, unused condition. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

The item "Design and print preparation" means adapting and formatting your text for print so that its position, size, color and font style match the selected invitation or thank you card and your wishes.
Design and print preparation also includes sending a preview to your e-mail so you can check for any mistakes and confirm the look of the invitation / thank you card before printing.
Colors are not checked on graphic previews because they appear differently on every monitor and in print.
Design and print preparation does not include proofreading or correcting grammatical mistakes in the text.
