CROATIA
Shipping is charged as follows:
GLS - 7,00 €
GLS PARCEL LOCKER - 4,00 €
BOX NOW PARCEL LOCKER - 3,00 €
Shipping within Croatia is free for orders above 150,00 € (excluding shipping costs).
If the customer does not specify a preferred delivery method, shipping will be handled by GLS as our main delivery partner.
GLS delivers throughout Croatia except for certain postal codes (some islands and smaller locations), and you can find the full list of those places HERE. If you request delivery to one of those locations, your package will be delivered by Croatian Post. The delivery price is 7,00 €.
The usual delivery time within Croatia is 1 to 4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping outside Croatia (within the EU) is carried out by post (11,90 €) or GLS (25,00 €). The package is prepared and dispatched to your address as soon as possible after production.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days (excluding non-working days, weekends and the time required for customs clearance in the destination country).
Delivery to Switzerland is arranged individually.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery time for islands is longer by a few business days. The delivery times stated above are set by the courier / shipping service, so there is no guarantee that the shipment will be delivered within that timeframe.
Personal pickup is not available. All orders for Croatia are shipped from the warehouse in Samobor directly to the recipient's address or parcel locker.
