How do I order a digital invitation?
Choose one of our invitation templates and decide together what kind of content you would like to share with your guests.
Send us your wedding details, photos and text, and we will build the invitation for you. The price includes the domain as well.
Please send the text in the order you want it to appear.
If the photos are not your own, you need to have the appropriate right to use them.
If you do not have suitable photos, you can request access to our gallery of licensed images.
We can also add different RSVP form options, such as companion names, number of guests or children, allergies and dietary restrictions.
What makes Papilon digital wedding invitations special?
Your guests can check the wedding details at any time without carrying a physical invitation with them. Simply send the link by e-mail, Facebook or WhatsApp. With this type of invitation, you do not have to worry whether it will reach your relatives in Germany, Canada or Australia. Every digital invitation includes an RSVP form where guests can confirm their attendance, and their reply is then sent directly to your e-mail.
Useful details about our digital invitations:
- Your invitation can stay online for one year from the moment the domain is registered. After that, it can be renewed if needed.
- All information on the digital invitation can be changed, including photos, section order and colors. We can also remove any section you do not need.
- Production usually takes 4 to 7 business days.
- We can create a separate image gallery as an additional paid service.
- Development and implementation of custom new features are billed at the current hourly rate (€20.00/h).
- Unlimited revisions are not included. After the demo version is delivered, you are entitled to 3 additional rounds of changes. Any changes beyond that are billed at the current hourly rate (€20.00/h).
- We are not responsible for how invitation links are distributed. You may send them through e-mail, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook and similar channels, but it can still happen that an e-mail ends up in spam or that a link in a messaging app is not clickable.
These situations most often depend on the policies and behavior of third-party services, and are outside our control.
