HOW DO I ORDER INVITATIONS?
Invitations can be ordered by e-mail or through social media (Facebook and Instagram). To place an order, please send the invitation model you want, the quantity and the text. The text must be sent in a digital/text format (for example Word), or you can type it and send it directly by e-mail or social media. Once we receive that information, we will send you a digital preview and a quotation by e-mail as soon as possible.
HOW DO I ORDER POSTERS?
To order a poster, please send the following information by e-mail: the desired model, dimensions, and everything that needs to be changed in the text (names, quote, date, location, etc.). If it is a Maid of Honor poster, please also send the hairstyle codes. Once we receive the information, we will send you a digital preview and a quotation by e-mail as soon as possible.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR INVITATIONS, THANK YOU CARDS AND OTHER WEDDING STATIONERY?
The minimum quantity is 2 pieces. An order of 1 piece is considered a sample order. The sample price is 5.31 €/pc + shipping. Regardless of the number of invitations ordered, a fixed design and print-preparation fee of 13.00 € is charged.
CAN WE COMPLETELY CHANGE THE TEXT ON THE INVITATIONS?
You can completely change the text on the invitations and it does not have to match the examples shown on our website. Send us the text you want printed by e-mail, social media, or in a digital document format (Word, txt, etc.).
HOW LONG DOES INVITATION PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production time depends on the model and the quantity ordered. For simpler invitations from our regular offer, such as single-sided or double-sided models without extras, printing is completed within 2 to 5 business days from visible payment. For invitations that include special add-ons such as wraps, beads, wax seals, bows and similar details, production can take longer, up to 10 or 11 business days from visible payment. A high volume of orders can also extend production time, but you will be informed in a timely manner. The production deadline starts on the next business day after we receive your payment and you approve the print preview.
WE DESIGNED THE INVITATIONS OURSELVES (E.G. IN CANVA). CAN YOU ONLY PRINT THEM?
We can also handle printing only for invitations you designed yourself. Feel free to send us the file (PDF, .png, etc.), for example an invitation you designed in Canva or another program, along with the desired quantity and dimensions, and we will send you an informative quotation. In that case, we do not charge a design and print-preparation fee, but we are also not responsible for print quality, color display, possible graininess and similar issues, since the preparation was not made by us but by the client.
CAN WE SEE THE PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
Papilon Design operates exclusively as an online store and does not have a physical shop. We offer sample orders that are shipped to your address. The sample price is 3.00 €/pc + shipping. If you decide to place an order after receiving the sample, the final order total will be reduced by the sample price.
IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE?
Cash on delivery is not available. Since these are personalized products, each made specifically for an individual customer, payment is possible only by advance invoice and before production begins.
IS PERSONAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Personal pickup is not available. All packages are shipped from our workshop in Samobor.
CAN WE PLACE AN ADDITIONAL ORDER LATER?
If you later realize that you did not order enough invitations and you are missing 5, 10 or 50 pieces, feel free to contact us because we can always arrange an additional print run. For repeat printing, you do not pay the design and print-preparation fee again, only the product price per piece.
CAN WE RETURN INVITATIONS IF WE DECIDE WE DO NOT LIKE THEM AFTER RECEIVING THEM?
